Here are pictures from my last two days in Santiago.

My hostel has really cool atmosphere-- crazy wood work everywhere, bamboo and candles; the public computer is sitting in a rock garden.

The Penis Drinking Cup is a neat invention (I couldn't take pictures in the museum, so it's from their book). The holes in the crown make it so you have to drink from the tip.

I so totally need that cup. I spent a few moments (ok, two hours) at the Met last weekend. You can take photography as long as there's no flash. So I started taking pictures of just the penises of all the sculptures I could find. It started in the Art of Africa wing where the carved totem poles have large totem poles. (I hope that made sense) I have a deep obsession with penises. I don't buy all this crap about the male anatomy not being beautiful. Although in perusing craig's list personals ads (and coming across a lot of cock pictures) it turns out that I find small balls really distasteful. I think I started realizing that when I was dating the MIT professor, but now I more officially hate the look of a small scrotum keeping the balls all tucked up.
